Bakelite ERA.
I think the pendant is Bakelite (at least the base) but not testing well with Simichrome. Doesn't mean it isn't Bakelite, just means this color does not test well. As always use your own expertise to purchase.

Light surface mars around cameo face, not sure if from a cleaning from previous owner or something else. Tougher to notice when worn.
